Integrating applicant community data with your CRM - LJMU

It has been a long time in the making, but this week we are delighted to share that our exciting new integration with Liverpool John Moores University is complete. Now entering our sixth consecutive student recruitment cycle with LJMU, this represents a significant milestone in aligning the LJMU CampusConnect peer community service more closely with specific recruitment and admissions workflows. The move also forms part of the LJMU strategy to enhance its digital infrastructure to optimise the efficiency of internal operations, and leverage a growing LJMU student peer community to achieve clear differentiation in the market toward recruitment goals.

LJMU CampusConnect is a dedicated community space for thousands of LJMU applicants, offer holders, and new entrants. As such, it is fundamental that it is a safe and secure environment for all new and existing LJMU community members to confidently and openly engage with peers. The new integration allows for bi-directional syncing and validating of all applicants. Significantly it also provides more accessible community data, made available for the LJMU team to optimise the experience for applicants, making it easier for them to connect, guiding higher value peer connections and supporting stronger ongoing community participation.

Goals - Integration LJMU CC.

  1. Validate all applicants on LJMU CampusConnect.

  2. Optimise the applicant community experience with visibility on community data.

  3. Automate the staged progression of applicants through enrolment to maxmise community value and provide clear business ROI.

Close collaboration with the LJMU technical team has been key in delivering this service update and creating impact and value for everyone.

CampusConnect is not an off the shelf product; we believe the service provides most value when the approach and methodology is co-designed with the HEI client, ensuring our service aligns with your recruitment goals, your comms. plans and your recruitment and admissions processes.

I would like to thank Chris Furey and his team for their hard work and for how helpful they have been throughout this experience, it has been a pleasure.
