Community development:
Develop and map community groups, assign moderators and create group structures that support student interests and university strategy group.
Guide student applicants into communities with peers,fellow applicants, current students, staff, and alumni
Harness intelligence generated through communities to facilitate engagement with developing niche groups and generate feedback to inform university unit services
Support delivery of live community events for university units (e.g. Accommodation services, careers and employment)
Training & Support:
Deliver student ambassador & staff online training workshops
Activate subject ambassadors to engage with prospects
Support and/or escale ambassador queries through the CC ambassador channel
Provide leadership opportunities for current and future students
Promotional support & cross team engagement:
Develop cross team engagement via live events/sessions (e.g. Careers, accommodation services, student services etc.)
Support in sourcing peer promotional content, reviews and testimonials.
Identification of opportunities for peer promotion/content development
Development of your custom invite banner and marketing collateral
Community data reporting & insight (conversion/progression)
Provide monthly reports providing deeper insight to inform marketing, comms, and strategic planning.
Thematic analysis of what cohorts are concerned about, interested in, etc.
Interconnectivity patterns highlighting what peer patterns are most influential in conversion/decision making
Delivery of end of cycle surveys to capture user feedback
Peer community cultivation to secure your best ambassadors/advocates
Retain applicants into ambassadors and other peer advocacy community roles
Champion users for advocacy and ambassador roles
Reward community members for participation (awards scheme tbc)
